Power users with an Admin or Pro profile can reactivate a suspended card.
Follow the steps below to reactivate a suspended card:
1. Log into the platform with your Admin or Pro profile.
2. Navigate to the Cards & Budgets section and click on Virtual Cards.
3. Navigate the the All tab and use the 'Status' filter to list the 'Suspended' card.
Note: You can use any other relevant filter (e.g., employee name).
4. Click on the 3 dots of the relevant card and select the 'Reactivate Card' option.
