For companies with the reimbursement module enabled, a user with an Admin profile can navigate to the Employees page and set the employee’s currency under their profile.
If an expense request is submitted in a different currency, the platform will display both the original amount (and its currency) and the employee’s currency. This helps the employee understand the equivalent reimbursement amount they can expect if the request is approved and scheduled for payment.
Note: The default currency is set in the Mesh backend for all the company's employee however, an Admin can change the user's currency on a case by case basis.
