Mesh Payments is a platform-agnostic solution that fully integrates with your chosen Travel Management Company (TMC). 

The Mesh platform enables travelers to request trip budgets, track approval status, once approved, pay for expenses using Mesh cards, monitor spending through the trip dashboard, and submit trip-related expenses.

Travelers can communicate with all relevant personnel—including approvers, Travel Managers, and travel agents via Mesh’s in-app messaging. To contact your travel agent through Mesh in-app messaging, select a trip from the 'Trips' or 'Pending Approval' tab, click the comments icon, and enter '@' to list available agents.

Note: While Mesh provides 24/7 support for platform-related inquiries, any post-ticketing changes must be requested directly from the TMC.
