The article assumes that the integration with your HRIS was completed successfully.
When the Employees page presents the following, your HRIS is not yet connected to Mesh. You may contact us at support@meshpayments.com to learn more about this integration. Â
Â
When the two platforms are integrated properly, Admin and Pro users can control access to the Mesh platform via the Employees page, which will now include four tabs as follows:Â
1. 'Mesh Employees' Tab
This tab displays all users on the Mesh platform, with color codes indicating invitation statuses: orange for expired invitations, blue for active invitations, and green for verified users.
Note: The user interface also allows you to add users manually, either individually or in bulk, via a CSV file. Users invited through the 'To Invite' tab will have a dedicated HRIS icon, while manually added users are marked with initials only.
2. 'To Invite' Tab
This tab is used to invite HRIS-synced employees to the Mesh platform.Â
2.1 To invite, click Invite and confirm your selection. Successfully invited users 'move' to the Mesh Employees tab with a 'Pending Login' status until they log in and complete verification.
2.2 As Mesh regularly synchs with the HRIS, new entries or data changes may appear in the To Invite tab. It is recommended that the designated user administrator check this page regularly.
2.3 Users can be manually refreshed by clicking the three dots in the upper-right corner and selecting Refresh (HRIS_Name).
2.4 If some information (e.g., the user's country code) is missing, the user's record may display an alert icon.Â
Note:
- Our support team can enable a backend option allowing users to enter their phone numbers on their first login.
- If you are interested in adding your domain to assist with the mentioned, please contact us at support@meshpayments.com
2.5 Selective Invites: Not all users imported from the HRIS need Mesh access. Administrators can invite only relevant users and Archive others.
3. 'To Deactivate' Tab
This tab facilitates offboarding by displaying users flagged for deactivation based on HRIS notifications.
Click Deactivate and follow the prompts. Deactivated users lose access to Mesh, and any assets (e.g., virtual cards) are reassigned. The process is similar whether Mesh is connected to an HRIS or not. More details on deactivation are available here.
4. 'Archive' Tab
This tab aids in managing users, ensuring relevant users are easily identifiable for specific entities. Archived users are listed here for two reasons:
4.1 The Mesh Administrator Archived the users from the 'To Invite' tab.Â
4.2 Users who meet a certain rule set during integration with the HRIS are 'moved' to this tab automatically.Â
Archived users can be re-invited if needed
