With the Mesh Online Booking Tool  (OBT) you can search and reserve both flights and hotels. The goal of the Mesh OBT is to provide a simple and effective travel booking experience that is compliant with your company's travel policies.

Note that Mesh offers several booking methods including direct, agent assisted (aka Travel Management Company or TMC) and OBT. To use the OBT request a new trip, enter relevant details, and click the Search button

Wait for options to be presented and proceed with selecting your preferences. 

Options are now grouped into shelves by cabin class (Economy Basic, Economy Standard, Premium Economy, and Business Class), with clear details on refund-ability, baggage, and policies to make comparing and selecting flights simpler.

You can use the filters at the top to show fewer options. The filters include the number of stops, number of carry-on items allowed, cabin class, price range, refund and cancellation policies, airlines, departure and arrival times, and in/out of company policy. You can sort options by price, duration, and best flight. 

Select your departure and return flight preferences. 

Follow with the hotel OBT. Click the Search button, wait for options to be presented, and proceed with selecting your preferences. 

You can use the filters at the top to show fewer options. The filters include amenities, accessibility, ratings, price per night, reservation policy, and in/out of company policy. You can sort the options price, rating, and relevance. 

Click 'See availability' and 'Select a room'. 

The options you selected will appear on the request form, and the Traveler can proceed with submitting the request and awaiting approval. 

Notes:

• The mentioned functionality is available on both the Mesh web and mobile applications. On the Web app, users can switch between map and list views when searching for a hotel.

• You can change the destinations and departure times by clicking the pencil icon on the top left.  

• You can change the booking method and proceed with either 'working with an agent' or 'booking on your own'. The option to switch appears on the upper right side of the mentioned pages.
