When users are added to the platform, they receive an invitation email asking them to join. Clicking the 'join' link in the invitation prompts users to undergo a verification process (i.e., enter an MFA code). Successful verification changes the user's status from pending to verified.
To streamline the invitation process and avoid overwhelming users with numerous emails and verifications upon being added to multiple entities, if a user has undergone a verification process in Company A and is subsequently added/invited to Company B, both of which belong to the same Organization, that user is automatically verified in the new company and will not receive a verification email.
Note: the same is true when users are added in bulk.
