Users can be added to the platform with a Contact Only profile, which essentially means that they do not have access to the platform.
Follow the steps below to invite a Contact only to the platform as an Employee.
1. Log into the platform as a user with an Admin or Pro profile or as a user with permission to create other users.
2. Navigate to the Employees page.
3. Search for the Contact only user(s) using the filters.
4. Click on the three dots of the mentioned user and then on the Send Invitation link.
5. Verify that the status is Pending login and that the Access Permission is now Employee.
6. It is possible to generate a card, a trip, and or a group budget for that user even before they are verified (i.e., successfully logged in).
Note: You have the option to cancel the invitation, which will then change the user's permission to Contact Only access once again.
