Authenticating (aka log-in) refers to the way individuals identify themselves to gain access to a computing platform. Mesh offers flexibility and allows organizations to select the authentication mechanism that suits their needs and meets their security policies.  

Your Mesh administrators or IT department will advise you of the preferred login method. Please follow the instructions below based on the advised login option. 

Mesh uses the Auth0 service to offer several authentication options as described below.   

Use your browser and the following URL to launch the Mesh login page. 

Note: If this is the first time you log in make sure you do so from the invite email.

'Magic Link': Type in your email address, click the Continue button, check your inbox for an email with the subject 'Welcome to Mesh', and click the 'Verify' button. 

SSO: Enter your SSO email account in the provided box, click the Continue button, and follow the directions. SSO requires additional setup on both the Mesh and the customer's ends.

Biometric: Click on the biometric button and follow the directions to set it up. Note: you can activate the biometric option after verifying your identity through one of the other authentication methods.

Google: Click the 'Continue with Google' button, and select a relevant profile. 

Note: an organization can opt for a single login mechanism across the board or provide specific options for each entity.
