Users invited to the Mesh platform receive an email invitation to join. For security purposes, invitations expire after one week. However, users with an Admin or Pro profile, and users with Tech Admin permissions can resend invitations.

Please follow the steps below to resend an invite to join the Mesh platform: 

1. Log in as an Admin/Pro or a user with Tech Admin permissions.

2. Navigate to the Employees page and verify that you are on the Mesh Employees tab.  

3. Search for the relevant user using the various available filters.

4. Click on the three dots of the mentioned user and then on the Resend Invitation link. 

5. The user's status will change to Pending login. 

Note: Users will receive an invitation email, but you can also send them the link directly. To do this, click on the three dots and then on the Copy Invitation Link. Afterward, share the link with the user.
