Devices with biometric technology allow users to access apps and online services using a fingerprint, iris scan, or facial recognition. If your device supports biometric authentication, follow the steps below to enable it for the Mesh app.

1. Launch your Mesh app and click the Biometric Login button.

2. Since this is your first time, you'll need to go through a registration process. You'll be asked to sign into your account in a different way then begin process. 

3. Sign in using with a different authentication mechanism (e.g., Google, SSO etc.) and follow the instructions - Click Finish setup. 

4. Enter the 5-digit code received via SMS.

Note: Follow your devices prompt to finish the setup (e.g., place your finger on the reader or use your devices face detection mechanism). When you are done click Close. 

5. Moving forward, you can use your biometric device to login.

6. If you want to use the biometric option with additional devices you can navigate to your profile and +Add passkey. 

Note: Biometric technologies, such as fingerprint or facial recognition, are device features, not browser features. Biometric authentication will also be available on the Mesh desktop interface if your device has biometric hardware enabled.
