Mesh Administrators create new users by assigning them profiles and entering their contact information, including first name, last name, email address, and mobile phone number.
As soon as users are created, the platform sends them an invitation email with a link to join the platform. Users need to click on the invite link to launch the Mesh User Interface in their browser.
Upon initial login, Mesh forwards an MFA (Multi-Factor Authentication) code to the user's mobile number. Users need to enter the code correctly within a specified time frame to get access. The MFA code is used only once for login verification purposes.
Mesh sends various transactional notifications to users to ensure that they never miss any updates related to their accounts. For instance, users may receive a notification when a new card is created or when a transaction is declined.
Users can control the opt-in notification settings on the Profile page of the Mesh User Interface.
By default, all email notifications are checked and all SMS notifications are unchecked.
To receive SMS notifications, users must proactively edit their settings page, check the boxes for the relevant notifications they wish to receive, and confirm their selection by clicking Save. Users may update their preferences at any time.
Notifications are essential for keeping users informed about various activities occurring on the Mesh platform. By configuring their notification preferences, users can ensure that they receive the appropriate notifications at the right time, which can improve their productivity and engagement on the platform.
