Here are a few friendly reminders that we would like to share with you before you leave for your next business trip:
Before Your Trip:
1. Ensure that your Mesh Administrators assign you a payment method (e.g., your ‘Traveler’ virtual card). If not, please request one.
2. If you did not download the Mesh Mobile App, scan the QR code below or click on one of the following links (App Store or Google Play).
3. If your Mesh administrators have issued you a Plug & Pay™ physical card, please activate it. When you log in, the Mesh platform will notify you to activate your physical card. Click on the Plug & Pay card link and follow the instructions.
3a. Enter the last four digits of your Plug & Pay™ physical card.
3b. Select a PIN code.
3c. Pair a virtual card that was assigned to you. Please note that if you do not have a virtual card assigned to you, you will not be able to use the physical card. You can read more on our Plug & Pay™ cards here.
4. Add your Mesh card number to any applications you anticipate using, such as Uber, and your phone's mobile wallet, such as Apple Pay or Google Wallet.
During Your Trip:
Use the Travel Dashboard to monitor your expenses in real-time, upload receipts, and ensure that each transaction is categorized correctly.
After Your Trip:
- Submit a request for an out-of-pocket reimbursement if applicable.
- Submit trip expenses
