Duty of care entails an organization's legal obligation to develop strategies to mitigate risks associated with work-related travel (e.g., an employee travels to an area where a political conflict is unfolding.). The Duty of Care analytics tool will help you monitor travelers to ensure their safety and security while meeting compliance requirements.

To access this page, log into the Mesh platform with an Admin or Pro profile or a user with Travel Manager permissions. Navigate to the Travel menu and click the Duty of Care link.  

The page includes filters on the left, a map that presents travelers' locations on the right, and a list of travelers with their contact information and travel details at the bottom.

Note: This page takes into account data from ALL companies. 

The filters allow authorized users to pinpoint travelers by company, travel status (e.g., planned, in progress, and ended), travel dates, countries/cities traveled to, and traveler names.

The map allows authorized users to zoom in and out, and it includes a tooltip with the location and the number of travelers in that destination.

The map's menu allows you to switch views between basic and clustered points.

In addition, you can switch to a tabular summary and export the data to a CSV file. 

Finally, the bottom part displays a detailed list of all the travels, and users can export the data to a CSV or Excel file.
