Travelers can submit requests for a trip, and those requests will be routed by the Mesh platform to the relevant approver.
Follow the steps below to take an action on a trip request.
1. Log into the platform as an approver, navigate to the Pending My approval section, and click the 'Trips' link.
Note: As an approver you will get notified of actions you need to take.
2. The platform will list all the requests requiring your attention. You can use the filters to trace a specific request. Click the Review button next to the relevant request to see its details and take an action (i.e., approve/decline/reassign).
Notes:
- The access to the trip's budget are based on your permissions. In most case you can see them but not change anything unless you are a Travel Manager or a strong user (e.g., Admin).
- To alleviate bottlenecks, strong user may take an action on behalf of other approvers.
- Approvers can communicate with travelers via comments.
- If you decline please provide a reason.
