Please follow the steps below to add a new company to an existing organization:  

1. Log into the platform with your Admin or Pro profile.   

2. Navigate to the upper left side of the user interface, and click on the link located above the Actions button.

3. The Mesh platform will display on the right the company that you are currently connected to and underneath the companies connected to the organization. From this menu, you can access the Company Settings of the current company, navigate to other companies (e.g., Illusions LTD) and add a new company under this organization (i.e., Illusions Inc). 

4. To add a new company click on the + Add company link. 

Important: The next steps will add a new company under the current organization (i.e., Illusions Inc).  

5. The platform will launch a new form enabling you to add the name of the new company (i.e., a subsidiary of Illusions Inc in this case), the name of the company's US-based entity (also known as the registered name), and check a box to confirm that you have read and agreed to Mesh's terms and conditions and privacy policy. When you are done entering all the data please click on the Add button. 

6. Enter a five-digit MFA code that the Mesh platform sent as a text message to your mobile device. 

7. You will be directed to the newly added entity, where you need to complete the initial setup, including funding your account and adding business information.

Note: The following steps are crucial to properly establish your account. Please ensure that you complete all of them.

Note: If you are not the sole owner please uncheck the box and add the relevant information.

Note: You can fund your account using the manual and or the online verification options (i.e., Plaid and Micro Deposits).

Notes:

• You do not need to add the Contact Details as the information was transferred automatically from your other existing entity.
• Important: The Mesh Compliance team may contact and ask to provide additional information or documents related to the newly added company/entity and its funding sources. 

8.   Since your profile has access to all subsidiaries, including the newly added one (e.g., Illusion PTE), you can easily switch between them.

9. Repeat steps 4 - 8 if you want to add additional companies under this organization.
