The Company Settings page offers Mesh Administrators and Employees with technical Admin permissions the option to set up features that affect the Mesh user interface and the platform's capabilities/functionality.
To access the Company Settings page navigate to the upper left side, click on your company, and then on the Company Settings link.
Here is a list of the options on the Company Settings with a short description of each option:
- Auto Reminders - Create an auto reminder policy to attach receipts for transactions with no attachments
- Approval workflows - General Purpose & Subscription approval flows and Travel Approval flows.
- Balance Shield - Create a Balance Shield policy to notify or load a balance automatically when the company's balance falls below a set threshold.
- Balance Statement - Set up a cutoff date that defines the moment the platform moves to Balance Statement by completed/settled transactions.
- Business Details - Displays the company's business details. View-only mode. If you need to change the name, the tax ID, the type, the industry, or address please contact our team at. support@meshpayments.com
- Company Files - Upload files such as incorporation documents related to your company/business.
- Company Mailbox - Create an electronic mailbox where employees can forward receipts in order to aid with the automation of the process.
- Custom Fields - Create placeholders, aka Custom Fields, to host additional data that can help provide context to your financial transactions, and enhance categorization and search capabilities.
- Dual Approval Policy - Consult our team at support@meshpayments.com on setting a threshold to trigger a dual approval process (approval from more than one admin) for cards generated on the platform.
- Group Budget - Enable the group budget feature that will empower budget owners and offer more control and visibility over expenses.
- Integrations - Access the Mesh integration portal to connect Mesh with other platforms such as ERP, HRIS, and Slack to name a few.
- Accounting Settings - Enable the reconciliation flow to help finance department team members communicate about end-of-month activities.
- Memo and Receipt Policies - Set up Memo and receipt policies for uploading/attaching receipts to transactions.
- Reimbursements - Set up policies for reimbursements.
- Travel - Set up travel expense policies to support the creation of travel budgets.
