The Mesh company mailbox will assist you in automating receipt collection.
Please follow the steps below to set up your company's mailbox.
1. Log into the platform as an Administrator or a user with Technical Admin permissions.
2. Navigate to the upper left side, click on your company, and then on the Company Settings link.
3. Scroll down to the Company Mailbox section, click on the Set Company Mailbox address button, enter an email prefix, and click on Save.
Notes:
- The mailbox address must contain at least 2 characters and one has to be a letter. In addition, the address can not include invalid characters such as: !, @. # , $, %,^ etc.
- If you have set the email address and need to modify it, please contact our team at support@meshpayments.com.
- You can share the mailbox address with the company's employees. Please use this article!
