Some merchants allow shoppers to withdraw cash from their banks account with a purchase of goods using their debit card. This option is known as cash out or cash withdrawal.  

The Mesh Plug & Pay cards don't offer a cash out option.

Although some Point of Sale (POS) platforms treat the Mesh Plug & Pay card as a debit card, attempting to use the offered cash out option will result in a decline even if customers enter the correct Plug & Pay card PIN Code.
