If you linked your online bank account with Mesh, your bank account information will be stored on our platform and used as the default funding source.
It is possible to reset the saved funding source. If you need to do so please contact our team at support@meshpayments.com
Note - After resetting your default funding source:
- The previously linked bank account will be removed from the Mesh platform.
- You will be presented with three options: Online banking with Plaid, Online banking with micro-deposits, and Manual ACH. Please select one of the options when you load a new balance.
- If you select one of the online banking options, you will be asked to provide bank statements to our Compliance team in order for them to verify the newly added account.
