To ensure uninterrupted use of the Mesh Expense Management platform, customers must maintain a positive balance and add funds as soon as their balance drops.  

Please follow the steps below to add funds to your Mesh balance:  

1. Click on the + icon and then the Load Balance option.

Note: You can also navigate to the 'Balance' page and click the 'Add to Balance +' button. 

2. Enter an amount.

Note: The minimum is 50 USD. 

3. Select the funding source (aka Payment Method) and click 'Next'. Mesh supports:

• ACH Debit with Plaid as a verification method
• ACH Debit with Micro-Deposits as a verification method
• ACH Push Manual transfer

Each one of the mentioned options might have additional sub-steps before the Review & Approve step.   

4. Review and approve your funding request and follow additional steps.  

5. Remember that Mesh verifies each deposit before it appears in your account. As a result, there may be a delay before the loaded amount appears.

Notes:

• We recommend using the Balance Shield feature to help you avoid card declines due to insufficient balance. This feature will require ACH Debit (online banking) connectivity.
• If you deposited using Plaid or Micro-Deposits, you have the option to save the bank's details and the sub-steps will be omitted. 
• Mesh also supports Wire as a funding method.
