Micro Deposits is a secure verification method that helps link a customer's US bank account to their Mesh account. Once connected, and upon a customer's request to load a balance, Mesh will ACH debit funds from your bank account.

Follow the steps below to load a balance to the Mesh platform using Micro Deposits as a verification method:

1. Click on the +icon, then on Load Balance. Type in the amount, and click on the Next button. 

2. Select the second option - Micro Deposits and click the Next button. 

3. Enter the bank details and click on the Next button. If you cannot find your bank name, select 'other'.

Note that you can Save the bank details for future use. Saving the details will ensure faster Load Balances as the info is already saved in the Mesh platform.  

4. Check the details and click on the Confirm Load button. 

5. Since this is a financial activity, the Mesh platform will send you a five-digit code via SMS. Enter the coder and click on Complete Verification.

6. The platform will prompt a message to check your bank account and look for two micro-deposits in the next few days. Please be advised that the option to enter the Micro Deposit info expires after a week.  

7. Check your account and when you see the mentioned deposits, log into the Mesh platform, navigate to the Balance page, and click on Verify Bank Account. The platform will prompt the following message and ask you to enter the mentioned amounts that were deposited in your bank account, then click on the Submit button. 

8. If there is a match, you will get a success message that your Bank Account is verified. At this point, Mesh will pull the appropriate amount from your account. 

Note: If you decide to save the bank account, future requests to fund (i.e., load a balance) your account will be quicker.
