Your Mesh administrators have created your profile, and as a result you will receive an invite email.

Note: The first attempt to log in must be done through the invitation email.

Check your inbox, look for the mentioned email, and click on the Join The Account button.

Please note that invitations expire after seven days. If you did not receive the mentioned email, or if it has expired, please contact your Mesh administrators and ask them to resend the invitation.

Upon clicking the Join the Account link, Mesh will launch your internet browser and present the login page. 

There are a few login options. Please consult your Mesh Administrators about the recommended authentication form.  

If your company uses: 

• The Mesh authentication mechanism, type your email address, click on Continue, look for a magic link sent via email, and click on the link.
• A Single Sign On (SSO) Identity Provider (Idp), enter your SSO email account and press continue. 
  
• The Google authentication mechanism, click Continue with Google and select your Google profile.

If your Administrators did not create your account with a mobile phone number, you will be asked to enter the number and click on Continue.  

As a security measure, and since this is your first attempt to login to the platform, Mesh will send you a five-digit MFA code via SMS. Enter the code and click VERIFY to gain access to the platform.

Please note that you will not be asked to enter the MFA code during future logins.
