Notifications are essential for keeping users informed about various activities occurring on the platform. Users can ensure that they receive the proper notifications at the right time by configuring their notification preferences, improving their productivity and engagement on the platform.
To configure the type and delivery method, please follow the instructions below.   Â
1. Navigate to the bottom left corner of the Mesh User Interface, click on your name, and then on the View Profile link.
2. Scroll down to the Notifications Settings section and click on Edit.
3. Check the type of notifications and their delivery methods (e.g., SMS, Email, App). You can select multiple delivery methods for the same notification.
4. Click on Save when you are done. Â
Notes:
- By default, the Mesh platform sends notifications via email.
- Users need to opt-in for other notifications such as SMS.
- App refers to push notifications on mobile.Â
- Mesh offers a Slack integration. If your company has a Slack integration the above page will include an additional column named lack that you can check as a delivery option. The Slack delivery option needs to be enabled. Please ask your Mesh Administrator to contact our team at support@meshpayments.com to help set up the Slack integration.Â
