To download a statement for a specific month follow the below-suggested steps:
1. Log into the platform with one of the following profiles: Admin, Pro, or Auditor.
2. Navigate to the Transactions page, and set up the Completed Date filter to query for the transactions in the requested period (e.g., last month). You may use other filters if you see fit.
Note: you can use additional filters to query for specific transactions (e.g., Pending transactions on all the Subscription cards of a certain Employee).
3. Click on the Export icon and then on the Download Account Statement.
Note: You can download the report in different formats including HTML, CSV, and Excel.
4. Navigate to your downloads folder, open the file that you downloaded, and check its content.
Your Account Statement includes a list of the completed/settled charges, and/or returns for the selected period as well as a total.
