If you try to generate a subscription budget/card but that vendor/merchant does not show up when you type the name it means that Mesh did not add that vendor/merchant to its catalog yet. Note that you can add the vendor/merchant manually. Type in the vendor/merchant name, press enter, configure the rest of the card's controls, and request/create the Subscription and Saas virtual card.
