If you suspect fraudulent activity on a Mesh budget/card please suspend it immediately and advise our team.
Two types of claims are considered disputes:
- Service not rendered: Either the goods/services were not provided according to the agreement, or the Mesh card was not charged according to the agreement.
- Unauthorized transactions: the cardholder doesn't know the merchant, and never tried to transact with the merchant, and the charges on the card are likely a result of unauthorized use by a third party (e.g., fraudster).
To dispute a charge a Mesh Administrator needs to contact our team at support@meshpayments.com and provide relevant details.
